The entire range of The Irishman brand is produced at the Walsh Whiskey Distillery. The family business was founded in 1999 by Bernard and Rosemary Walsh. With a background of time-honored recipes from Ireland's whiskey distilling era, they strive to revive recognition of these Irish whiskeys. Each bottle of the brand is numbered, marked with the year of bottling, as well as adorned with the signature of Bernard Walsh. The Irishman THE HARVEST is a tribute to the distillations of Ireland.
