The Terra d’Oro Chenin Blanc and Viognier blend is lively, refreshing and well-balanced. Inviting aromas of crushed gravel, honeysuckle and mandarin orange are complemented by flavors of key lime and citrus. A firm backbone and focused palate leads to a finish of wet stone and apricot puree. This wine is a beautiful complement to oysters on the half shell, pork, chicken and southeast Asian fare.
