STORY

This semi-sweet wine is made from 100% hand-picked South Dakota wild plums. 

Wild plums are distinctively tart and mouth-puckering, though as they continue to ripen their flavors sweeten and soften. They range in color from bright yellow to dark purple, and their size is similar to that of a cherry. While maturing in the late spring and the summer, a waxy coating of yeast provides a natural layer of protection to the fruit.
