The grapes for Peter Vella Cabernet Sauvignon are harvested from some of California's best-known growing regions. Unlike many other Cabs, however, this wine is created in a light, easy-to-enjoy style with soft notes of cherry fruit and a wonderfully smooth finish.

Peter's Serving Tip: I've never met a Cab I didn't like and versatility is probably the reason why. Ours will go from Porterhouse steak to a bowl of chili without missing a beat. Or try it with fiery homemade chicken fajitas and a side of Spanish rice. The mellowness of this wine handles spicy very well.
