Pernod Anise

In 1805 Henri-Louis PERNOD created the drink that would later become the most appreciated in the cafes and esplanades of Paris. The secret of Pernod is well-kept, based on the distillation of aniseed with herbs and aromatic plants. The true character of Pernod is revealed in "long drink".
