Handcrafted according to the original 1849 'wheated' recipe from what would become the famous Stitzel-Weller Distillery, and then bottled at Cask Strength to deliver a more complex flavor with a defiantly smooth finish. Notes of oak & honey. Overtones of caramel & vanilla. Barrel 7655768 was filled on 03/23/2017 and is at 120 Proof (60.0% ABV), then bottled for Luekens in 2021.
