Mind & Body - Cabernet

Mind & Body Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted using traditional winemaking methods to achieve bright cherry aromas and a soft mouthfeel. Once the wine is crafted, a small portion of this wine goes through state-of-the-art spinning cone technology to remove alcohol while safeguarding the fragile wine aromas and flavors. The finished wine is a delicious, lower alcohol wine.

Tasting Notes

Dark, enticing aromas of ripe blackberries and juicy raspberries. Notes of green olive, dried herbs and vanilla complement robust black cherry flavors. This wine is full-bodied with a smooth, rounded finish.
