Delicious and artisanal vegan crackers with aromatic herbs and extra virgin olive oil . Natural, artisanal, crispy, and extra-thin, with no additives, preservatives, or palm oil. Selection of the best aromatic herbs : rosemary , thyme , basil infused in extra virgin olive oil . The flour is milled by hand. Stone-ground flours are more nutritious than those milled with industrial steel rollers, and more aromatic. We let our dough rest for 12 hours and cook it slowly to retain the nutrients and obtain an extra-thin, crispy, yet consistent cracker. So you can enjoy them alone or accompanied by hummus, Iberian cured meats, and creamy cheeses.
