VINIFICATION

Whole bunches of grapes are gently pressed and the juice undergoes a process of slow cooled fermentation to preserve the grape's delicate aromas and freshness. The second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in pressurised stainless steel tanks. After a few weeks the remaining natural sugars result in a fresh, fruity and seductive sparkling wine.

COLOR Golden in color.

AROMA Fresh aromas of citrus, apple and flowers.

PALATE Clean and fresh on the palate with tones of ripe lemon, green apple and grapefruit. The finish is light and fresh.
