Belle De Brillet Liqueur

It was in 1985 that Jean‐Louis Brillet created the Belle de Brillet, the name of which pays homage to his "Belle", his wife Isabelle. Belle de Brillet is a unique liqueur combining Pear and Cognac with its distinctive pear-shaped bottle. Very quickly it will establish itself as the flagship of Maison Brillet.
